This, amidst all the “Is he back to full fitness?” hype about a certain quarterback in New England on the sports stations, is what I pulled out of the box when I got a new saucepan this weekend.
All Clad pans have a great rating. I use Caphelon non stick though just because I cook low fat. They too are long lasting, but don’t use metal utensils to stir. Caphelon was recomended to me a dozen years ago when i attended a Dean Ornish, M.D. retreat on reversing heart disease. My pans are in great shape yet. ( And I am too!)
